TAKARAWOOD payment terms are usually as follow :
Charred wood panels : 40 % at the order, 40 % before treatment and finishing, 20 % before shipping .
Other products : 70 % at the order, 30 % before shipping.
A discount of 2.5% is granted for payments done 100% at the time of the order.
A certificate of conformity can be delivered on request (70€ not included in the selling price).
This certificate is issued by an independent estonian legal expert and certifys that the goods are compliant with :
– Wood quality (no black knots, no missing material on the visible side, species)
– Quantity
– Charring type
– Finishing
